Last updated: 2026-05-11 · Document based on the current official Privacy Notice.
At rmorenodotcom we respect the personal data that reaches us through this site and through our professional relationships with clients. This document explains what data we receive, how we use it, and what rights you have over it, in compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LGPDPPP) and its regulations.
It's a short document on purpose. No fine print. If anything is unclear after reading it, write to contacto@rmorenodot.com.
Data controller
Ruben Alberto Moreno Fonseca (hereinafter, THE PROFESSIONAL), a Mexican national operating commercially under the rmorenodotcom brand from Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico.
For privacy matters or ARCO requests: contacto@rmorenodot.com. Full tax data (RFC, CURP, registered tax address) is delivered to formal clients upon contract signing or invoicing, not published on this site.
Data we collect
Depending on the type of relationship you have with rmorenodotcom — site visitor, prospect filling the form, or formal client — we may collect, receive and process the following categories of personal data:
- Identification data: name, gender, address, phone number, email, date of birth, mobile, landline, CURP, photograph
- Banking and invoicing data (only for formal clients who contract services): credit or debit card number, banking institution, validity, security code, expiration date, RFC
- Project data (active clients): operational, technical and commercial information needed to execute the contracted service
Data is only collected when you provide it — by filling the contact form, sending email, signing a contract. We don't use tracking cookies. We don't install advertising pixels. We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
How it's used
The personal data provided is used for the benefit of the contracted or requested service, including:
- Software development, design, technology architecture, implementation of features and modules · system launch · technical support and evolutionary maintenance
- Storage of client operational information, third-party financial data (when applicable to the project), identity documents, contact channels
- Operational communication during the project or subscription: scheduling, proposals, contracts, quotes, progress reports
- Compliance with tax and accounting obligations derived from the commercial relationship
We don't put you on automatic newsletter lists. If we ever want to share something broader (an announcement, a note), we ask for explicit consent first.
Confidentiality of sensitive information
During the term of the professional relationship and for 12 (twelve) months after its termination, THE PROFESSIONAL keeps in strict confidence the sensitive information exchanged, including:
- Algorithms, user data, commercial strategies and any information marked as confidential
- Source code, technology architecture, programming logic, client's business model
- Technical, commercial, operational, financial or any other information exchanged during the project
Unauthorized disclosure gives rise to payment of damages, without prejudice to applicable criminal legal actions.
Safeguarding
THE PROFESSIONAL keeps personal data in strict confidence, applying various security measures — physical, administrative and technological — that protect personal data and prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or processing.
Access to that data is limited to the rmorenodotcom operational team and external collaborators strictly necessary to execute the contracted service, subject to the same confidentiality obligation.
ARCO rights
As the data subject, you may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: know what personal data we hold about you and how we process or share it
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Cancellation: request that we cease processing your data, starting with a block and subsequent suppression
- Opposition: oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of your personal data
To exercise any of these rights, write to contacto@rmorenodot.com with the subject "ARCO · [action]". We reply within the 20 business days the law requires.
Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal has no retroactive effect — it does not affect situations, processes or transfers performed before the withdrawal, nor does it apply where withdrawal would imply breach of obligations derived from a current legal relationship, nor where the law requires processing to continue for a defined period.
Consent, acceptance and changes
By voluntarily providing your personal data, we understand that you have read this Privacy Notice and consent to the processing, transfer and use of your data as established here and under the applicable legislation.
This Privacy Notice and the Terms constitute the legal agreement between the client and THE PROFESSIONAL. If you don't agree, you should not provide personal information or use the services offered.
If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date above changes. Substantial (non-cosmetic) changes are notified by email to active clients before taking effect.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Privacy Notice is governed by Mexican law. For any discrepancy regarding its interpretation, compliance or enforcement, the parties expressly submit to the competent courts of Mexicali, Baja California, with the client waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
